What we need is some sort of PDGA evaluation system for courses. The evaluation would include safety and setting par. Courses that met a certain criteria would receive the PDGA stamp of approval.

Unlikely to ever see a safety stamp of approval from PDGA, but perhaps awarding a Thumbs Up as a course and site that meets tournament standards.
