I have thrown a 150 ESP Avenger that was a meat hook as well. It would fight a headwind really well despite its weight.

One vote for a light-weight understable mid with lots of glide. Something like a Mako or Kite. I have thrown glide-hyzers with my Kite that go further than I can throw a Wraith. If she doesn't have the arm to really throw hyzer-flips, then getting a flex shot with a glidey mid is probably the easiest way to get distance. If you must use a driver, use a DX Leopard or similar.

My girlfriend throws the crap out of 150g Star and Champ Sidewinders and lately a 147g Star Eagle has been her longest disc. She doesn't have great technique or snap and is consistently 200+ with those.
