I'm wondering if anyone has seen sime kind of chart format that helps assess the range of skills and what elements make up each skill. I am looking to work with someone to help do an assessment/skills inventory so I can make a plan and set particular goals to improve technique, etc.
I imagine a chart with list of throws in the left column and the the column headers across the chart with different versions of the throw/skill:
Putting. Circle 1 Circle 2 Outside C2
Approach
Drives Straight/Hyzer/Anhyzer/Hyzer Flip
Roller Bhand/Fhand/Cut
Overhead/hammer
Distance
Anyone seen something like this?
