Flyboy is long and tough, renny was tough as well but not grueling. Hawk Hallow was more physically demanding.
I hear Iron Hill in DE is far more demanding.

Blue Valley and Sioux Passage are my votes for the toughest in MO.
I haven't played Flyboy, but I didn't think Iron Hill or Renny are tough. They don't have enough big climbs to wear someone out. Long mostly flat walks shouldn't harm anyone. I have to think there are some brutal CO and CA courses I've never seen.
My votes are probably for these:
Stumpy Creek
Bear Tree - Maybe the toughest, but I am usually on day two of a mountain trip complete with many beers.
Stafford
I have a bad case of Renny-phobia...still haven't played it.The thing about Renny is mainly how hot it gets there this time of year, and it's actually pretty open and not that much shade, except for the holes that have the most up and down hiking. It's not that bad when it's not too hot out.
