My Disc Golf Goal For 2024

My goal is to get to/over 1100 courses played next year. Should be doable.

And the DGCR meetup 2024 in Minnesota. Hosted by sillybizz. Mostly because silly owes us dinner, but the mediocre DG will make it a evening.

MY DG GOALS for 2024

* Play 80 new courses. (Not sure how I'm going to, as the unplayed courses are farther away, but I might as well aim for a sixth straight year of 80+ new courses.)

* Play 30 courses again that I've visited only once. (There are numerous solid courses within a few hours of me in Chattanooga that I bagged several years ago but haven't been back, such as Indian Creek in Huntsville, the Boundary Waters complex near Atlanta, and the Cedar Hill and Cane Creek layouts near Nashville.)

* Increase my DGCR rating to 945, fwiw.

* Identify my best round at my 12 most frequently played layouts and beat that round on at least six of them.

Break 200 courses played.

Get a useful backhand with something faster than a midrange.

Keep myself to one disc purchase a month (failed in '23).

Keep the CZ rabble happy.

1. Much more practice time (driving & putting), and much less course time, UNTIL I learn to throw straight & level.
2. Get training with a person.
