I tweaked a few things. A few simple preferences, such as, removing the wind direction graphic and using a simple NWSE system. But the spreadsheet hasn't changed so I don't think it's worth re-uploading.

Use the file menu to copy a version for yourself into your own Google Docs or download it.
I may tweak it more or create a form as I have time.
