Pivoting correctly over front foot

So a major form issue I'm having is that I'm consistently pivoting on the balls of my feet instead of on me heel. My weight transfer is fine, but I've done martial arts for +20 years and all pivoting is on the ball of your foot, so doing something different is extremely unnatural.

For me it's not a matter of needing the extra distance, but that i'm seeing myself have early releases more than i want.

Any tips from someone whose experiences a similar issue would be awesome.

These helped me going from toe to heel pivot. Lift your toes slightly inside your shoe and practice on concrete instead of grass.

Thank you for this. I never really cared enough to figure out how to change my toe pivot, but this was too simple not to try. It did the trick.
