Plastic sleeves/protectors for collectible discs

I'm looking for something to hold collectible discs in that will protect them from dust/dirt/smudges over time, while still allowing them to be easily removed. Some type of plastic sleeve closed on 3 sides with an opening on the 4th. I have seen discs stored in something like this before but have never seen them for sale.

Anyone know where I could buy a pack of plastic disc protectors?
