Take everything out of you bag, put the drivers on one side, and the putts and mids on the other, ajust the divider, and then put the rest of the stuff in the middle including your pancho, and I think you will find that you have the room.

the problem is that my dividers were washed and then dried (by the wife because they "smelled") and are all warped so the edges curl in

Their Velcro. Just unstick them and reposition them.
