I bought a pair of Salomon XA 3D Ultras about 4 months ago. After a stint of 1-3 rounds of golf per day, they were starting to wear. The outside of the soles were starting to peel, and delaminate from the rest of the sole.

So I emailed Salomon, who gave me a number to call. I was patched straight through to a human, who took my info, apologized for the inconvenience, and sent me a pair of the new model with no questions asked. They arrived in 2 days via Fedex.

Great shoes, even better customer service.
 
Same with Keen. I had the same issue and they sent me a new pair of Milo II.
 
that is great news!! i have had my xtwings2 for about 5 months and the only noticeable wear has been on the right toe, wear i am probably dragging
 
This is par for the course for Salomon. I deal with them at work on a daily basis and wear their shoes religiously. They really take care of their customers (within reason).
