We took a trip to Jacksonville FLA about a week ago. While there we tried out the "Fore Palms" course at Ed Austin Park:

I appreciate the folks who populated the info/review on this course. It helped us a bunch as we planned our vacation. This Fore Palms course was designed very well in my opinion. They used the old ball golf fairways perfectly. The course darts in-and-out of the trees, around a pond, and up-and-over a couple of old ball golf teeboxes. It made for wonderful, challenging, and varied round of golf.
BTW: My wife took the following video of me at the 10th tee box. I had just barely cleared the water on #9 and probably felt invincible. Unfortunately, I used a beat-up T-Rex and threw it too hard/low. The result is a nice power shot straight into the middle of the pond:

The weather in Florida was hot and steamy. We had a good time on the course and at the beaches!!!
