Worlds largest functional disc golf basket? Where is it? Pics and details?

oggwood TN maybe.

it's been used in tourneys. in our group of buddies we throw to it and if you ace you get a mulligan for the round.

The one at the Hippodrome in North Augusta, SC is really big. Don't have a pic but it's easy to find. Probably 10ish feet tall.

Blue Angel Palmetto course in Pensacola. 2nd picture under Media for the course. 10' tall, 6' wide. Catches Ultimate lids better than golf discs.

That Oggwood basket looks more functional for sure.

I love it...

Looks like it was made from a circa 80's satellite dish.

For a whole course of giant baskets, go to Jaycee Park in Wabasha, MN.

Not functional though to catch regular discs. They do/did have the wide body basket at Hippodrome on one hole of Old Glory that worked. Highbridge had one on the extended Campground course that caught regular discs, too.

yeah it's an optical illusion because the top satellite dish is a huge one, and the bottom is the mega ones you see outside of radio/tv stations. they have a broom handle to fish out your discs and it's still tough to get the disc out with the long stick.

surprisingly catchy with disc golf discs.

Bottom must be in excess of 20' in diameter.

Too many fall throughs...
Scaling up discs accordingly would suck for typical humans.
