Decent layer of fall leaves on the ground can swallow some discs. Course is in great shape.
Creek Ridge County Park is the new home of a nine-hole disc golf course. The course features both 3- and 4-par holes with fairways ranging from 190 to 400 feet. The nine holes sit on about 10 acres of parkland.
Use of the course is free; it's open 7 a.m. to sunset daily.
Discs may be purchased at the administrative Office at Red Mill County Park or Luhr County Park Nature Center for $10.00
The Administrative Office (at Red Mill Park) is open Monday - Thursday 7 am - 12 pm and 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The Nature Center (at Luhr Park) is open Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday-Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm.
