A little muddy in a few spots. Overgrowth is just starting to bud.

Front 9 is beginner-intermediate friendly with technical lines, slight elevation change and convenient re-entry to meadow.

Back 9, still under construction, features elevation, massive trees, water hazards, technical fairways, par 4's.
