Very muddy and wet. Not well maintained with high rough everywhere. Tee for #2/5 (near Fishtrap Rd) missing and fairway overgrown.
Located in a new 2022 park that has not been fully developed yet. Decent flow following natural fairways. A few holes with water in play and mandos. New map and signs for dg course installed spring 2023.
