From Allentown: I-78 W to exit 49A and merge onto PA-100. Continue for .6 miles to a right onto Schantz Rd. Drive for 3.8 miles and continue straight onto US-222. Keep going for another 10 miles to the traffic circle and take the second exit to stay on US-222. Drive for another 5.5 miles and use the right lane to take the US-222 S ramp to Lancaster.
