WHY NOT TRY

Disc Golf Can Turn Your Walk Into a Workout
This surprisingly fun sport changes a stroll in the park into an afternoon adventure with a flying piece of plastic.

"Wait, what exactly is disc golf?
Like regular golf — which disc golfers call "ball golf" — the sport is about getting one object inside another object in the fewest number of tries."

Now I'm starting to understand why I'm bad at this sport...

I haven't looked for a link, but yesterday morning, one of ESPN's top plays (number 10 or 9, I think) was a 600-something foot ace. I was only on my first cup of coffee, so I didn't catch a player's name or any other details. It was a wide-open hole, and he flexed the hell out of whatever he threw.

BANG.

It's always cool to see DG on SportsCenter.

My head just exploded, watching my man Strahan talk about disc golf...(I'm a Washington fan, but always liked Mike.)

Thanks for posting that up, Zenbot.

I played this course a few years ago, a classic city park course.
There were signs saying," this course may be closing due to..." Something about trash on the course or some other problem I can't remember.
Glad the course didn't get pulled.

Glad the course didn't get pulled.

Those signs have been up for YEARS. The city has planted new trees on the course since then.

Course ain't going anywhere.

Aaron Knickerbocker the DG design king of Connecticut! And volunteer no less. :)

A big old Atta Boy!! From up here.

What a great name for a great guy! That might be second in line behind Huck (Houck) for recognition.

Just realized I totally forgot to write anything about the link. :D

I thought it was a good read. I agree with the Atta Boy! And I appreciated the focus on environmental sustainability.
