What is the longest Disc Golf ACE you have had personally, or have witnessed somebody else ACE.

If you can name the Disc Golfer, Course, Distance and Disc.

The longest ace I've seen, I didn't actually get to see. Earlier this year I hit a 356' ace on a blind spike hyzer with a firebird. It sounded like it hit the outside of the basket, walked to where I could see the hole and it was in.

My buddy Jon aced hole #9 at SMP with a KC Aviar. Sign says 349 feet I believe.
I love seeing putter aces!

And I love hearing blind aces!

I just saw Drew Gibson on saturday at the NorCal vs. SoCal smash a 435' foot ACE across Soldier Field, hole 19 at Waller Pines DGC! So Sick. Destroyer I think, me and my buddy MurderMike both got it on film too.

My brother hit a 365 footer at our family thanksgiving tournament, we had a three way tie after all afternoon of discing and he nails it putting him up 2 with only one hole left. I wish we had a video of it, he went insane afterwards. It was hole 8 at woodland hills in Ammon Idaho with a goldline flow. He hardly ever even throws the flow because he isn't very consistent with it.

The only other ace I've seen was a 260 footer.

Standing on #8 at Ann Morrison in Boise for doubles this fall, someone in the group behind us nailed #7.
It was only 267'.

But it was for $1300.

I've witnessed over a hundred aces i'd say. The 1st one is still the best. My friend that introduced me to the game aced hole 15 at Zephyr Cove. 410-420ish downhill. It was so pure and it got me hooked.

The longest ace I saw was about 389 according to the tee sign. The distance seemed about right give or take a bit.

Longest Ace I hit was 275 according to the tee sign, which seemed about right.

The coolest looking/luckiest ace I saw was a guy playing solo round threw a disc which ended up grazing a light pole about 75 feet off the tee, which caused more spin on the disc and a funky flight which went into the basket(354 feet according to the tee sign, also slightly downhill). According to the guy, he was only throwing about 260-280 feet off the tee, which makes it even more awesome. The next year or so, I actually did the same glance off the pole and parked it. Unfortunately no ace for me.

I have seen two skip aces on short holes maybe 200 and 230 feet in boone iowa and madrid iowa.

One day in madrid my son and i both had aces in the same day, differant holes with a roc and mine was a stingray.

First ace I'd witnessed over 300' was in a rainy tournament at Lincoln Ridge when a friend of mine (Greg McAtee of Morgan's Raid Country Club) hit hole 13 in the middle pin position (308 feet, I think, where the tougher position is 328).

About a year and a half later, I had a lucky crosswind 320 footer on hole 12 at Woodland Mound.

But the question wasn't longest but 'best' (technically). I'd say the most unexpected was when my league partner Phil Miller won the Vibram Birdie Bash last year. He said a few times he didn't really like the Lace. It wasn't going to make his bag. But it was pretty impressive that he made that rubber/plastic blend drill a skip ace on hole 2 at Boone Woods ('only' 251 feet, but tree guarded and usually breezy).

My buddy Greg hit an ace last year and it was the best I've ever seen. Not because of the distance, but because of his reaction after getting a tree kick ace for his first ace ever playing disc golf for about 3 years. He also hit it with his favorite disc. His reaction was just screaming and falling to the ground in pure excitement and joy. It was the best.

Years ago (I'm talking mid-90s), there was a hole (#16) at North Karen in Des Moines that was listed as 360, maybe 5-10 feet downhill. It was probably shorter. I aced it twice with a Viper. No witnesses either time.

I was at lincoln ridge ad got an ace on hole 12. slightly downhill and wide open. 365 feet. threw a R pro Boss

That is a really fun course, and a great hole to run at. Congrats!

Was at dubs yesterday and a guy on my card hit back to back aces...BUT wasn't in the ace pot :( friends of ours who were on the hole in front of us walked over and flipped his disc over in the basket after the second ace and dropped $2 in it with a note that said "next time buy into the ace pot"
