2015 Pros and Their Manufacturers

changing the game?

easy release technology?
Rob what has that got to do with the webmaster at Prodigy? I was just attempting to making a joke about the lack of updates on their website. i.e. their team page not being updated to reflect the team members that have already committed to other companies.

I thought that was the best announcement video yet for anyone announcing their team sponsorship. Way to go DO and little Rusco!

I think that stud's like McBeast will stay put. I think the switch-overs will come mostly from 1b tier type pros that feel a change can do them good. Wysocki leaving Prodigy to Lat 64 was the proverbial Thunder Hammer being dropped. We can all speculate, but a top pro doesn't leave unless he/she is unhappy with their current situation with their sponsor. It was easier for him to leave because any of the other manufacturers would have snapped him up with a quickness, a LA Lat 64.

I think you just contradicted yourself. Ricky is definitely a top tier player (or "stud" in your jargon). Similarly, JohnE and Sarah Hokom are top tier players, and while Nikko hasn't been playing his best the last couple years, I would still say he is a top tier player. Plenty of pros who aren't "1b tier" are moving.

or...they are offered considerably more money.

That was pretty much what I was thinking. I think Nikko is leaving because he is unhappy with Prodigy, but for the rest I think it probably mostly comes down to money. They don't make very much of it so when they get a good contract offer, they've gotta consider it pretty hard.

I kind of think Feldberg woo'd Ricky over to Lat64. Ricky and Devon Owens had been living and training with Feldy during the off season last year and perhaps the year before according to Feldbergs most recent DGTR interview. DO moved over to lat from pro discus last year and he snatched up Ricky this year. Considering Feldy was talking about a part of his new gig at Lat64 being to curate a U.S. Team for them, me thinks his hands were integral to the Ricky move. I would imagine a fatter paycheck towards tour support was the nail in the coffin though. Might there be a World Championship coming for the trilogy this year?!

Nikko's Mixed Bag...

... will not be so mixed. It'll be 3 manufacturers. Easy to guess that Gateway and Legacy are 2 of the 3. The 3rd is gonna break this forum when announced. How do I know? He told me right before I hung up with him after working out details of me helping him with his raffles on Facebook. Should be announced any day now.

I know the answer to this tease
