^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

S.F. Summits and VP's still available on Ebay as of last night.

DD has some on there, ask Smitty what they have left.

So, when will the firm soles be going into production? I met a team member this weekend with some and like them better than the normal x link.

X-Link Firm Soles are now available to retailers - as of last week. Ask your local retailer to order them today.

Got my first Trak in the mail today. All I can say is WOW! Takes no effort at all to wing it to the fence at the baseball diamond. It will not be my last either. Now I want a stack of them.:D

Where did all the talk about what Vibram is doing in 1012 stop? Like one person said something and then it was gone. So much for eating pop corn.

Personally here is what I would like to see from Vibram next.

Putters: Since they have a three disc lineup with their origional line all having the same top mold, I am hoping for a four disc line up with the new top mold (ala The Sole). The Sole seems to fit inbetween my Ridge and Summit and I would like a Summit like stability with the sole top mold most but finish that lineup because I love the float of the Sole and think it would translate over to the other stabilities as well.

Mid Ranges: I am pretty sure I could only have an Ibex in my bag and be alright in the mid range category. But, it would be nice to have something a little more beefy and more of a turnover midrange as well.

Fairway Drivers: I need a Vibram disc to kick the Predator out of my bag. DO IT NOW MR. DODGE! Ha, so maybe that wasn't the nice way to imply what I think the next Vibram disc should be. My Ascent just flips too much for it to be a good forehand disc for me and I have not yet thrown a production run trak but I will pick one up as soon as I can. There based on what I have seen I am not sure there is much of a need for a more understable Fairway Driver but that will really depend on my thoughts when I start throwing traks.

Distance Drivers: Wait on these for now in my opinion. 2013 is a great year for something faster and longer than anything else out there. But when you do, make sure you do it like the Nuke Trilogy and being out something in every desired stability.

The most important thing to do in 2012 however. GET X-LINK FUSION INTO PRODUCTION! I know it has been inconsistent and abondonded before but I think you should really reconsider.

Well, that was longer than I intended it to be.

Good suggestions all. And I read this stuff, let it trickle into the brain cells that still work, and see what filters out when we go into the product development meetings. I will promise you that we are working on some stuff, I'm just being mighty quiet about what it is. I haven't even told my mom.

I was unsubscribed to this thread for many months and only recently jumped back on. I'd LOVE an overstable mid. The Ibex is a solid disc but it's not for me. I'd love something akin to the VP I can put a lot on. I'm thinking of something as fast as a Q Sentinel upto a Wasp.

You haven't told your mom?!?!?! She is going to be bummed out when she finds you have been keeping secrets.

I understand the need to keep it all on the down low. Plus it makes it more fun for the rest of us to keep guessing.

Summit is a completely under-rated disc.

The Firm Ibex/FIBEX feels nice. Heading out to toss a few now.

This cannot be overstated. I like me some Vibram but with their current line up covering the vast majority of golf shots the only thing left that would really get me nutty is X-Link Fusion.

I really couldn't care less if Vibram released a max speed driver, I'd give it a whirl but I doubt I'd go nutty over it. As far as disc gaps I guess a pred type slot is really where they're lacking most, but overstable driver isn't a favorite for me so I really wouldn't be that interested and I bet i'm not alone on that. Don't get me wrong it needs to be done, it's just not all that "exciting". Now that I think about it a modified version of the Ascent that could actually stay in the air would be awesome. I really want to like that disc, I just can't ever get it to travel anywhere near as far as a Teebird would. The Trak seems to have some glide staying power but it's a little too understable for primary duty.

But seriously, X-Link Fusion. Now.

This is really outstanding Steve. You have a budding artist in your midst.
I would like you to personally thank the Vibram elf who built this, for me, because I think they did a great job.

But I have questions.

This disc was obviously built up with the colors arranged in a particular pattern, not just thrown randomly in the mold.
There was some thought put into it.
So how much freedom do you allow to the elves ?

Obviously , they could not intentionally build up a mold that might be a trade mark violation, like a Chevy Bow Tie logo, and I'm sure they cant spell out words, especially swear words, in a disc, but, do you encourage them to exersize thier artistic creativity, as in the disc above ?
Or are they just mindless droids you keep alive with feeding tubes soley to do your bidding ?

Oh, and thanks Deezy.
