By best I mean: durable, comfy, lightweight, ease of disc access, and lastly bells and whistles like pockets, gear storage, etc.

Phenix Core

Revo Carolina

Gorilla Boy Kong

Latitude 64 Pro

Innova Competition

Fade Tourney

What are the current darlings of disc golfers today?

I used Wall City bags for awhile, but they quit making them so now I use Innova, I don't use thier plastic but I love thier bags!

Nothing more comfortable than a Phenix.

I carry 11 discs in my fade and Christy carries 17 in her streamline and its still lighter.

Fade Tourney -- best buy up there for the $$$ (has more pockets and larger putter pocket than innovas bag)

Those Phoenis bags have all the bells and whisltes that I like in a bag.

The past two years since I started I have been using my Innova Comp bag. This will be the 2nd Christmas that I am asking for my Revo Carolina bag. This bag has it all. Enough place for your discs, easy in and out, big pockets for jackets or whatever else, double putter pocket, and back padded. Can't wait to get mine.

I hope!

I just think nothing currently on people's backs fits those qualifications better than GB (mostly cause Grip isn't out yet) but even then... GB is just good stuff.

I picked up an Innova Deluxe bag a while back because it was on sale for 25 bucks. I love it. I can fit about 20 discs in it if I need to. It has 2 dividers that can be put into place to create 3 sections for discs. I have Drivers, Fairways and Mids all separate. It's easy to access the discs and the don't feel like they are to tightly packed in. I've got Phenix QuadShock straps and love the way the bag and straps feel together. It doesn't have a mini pocket and storage could be better. But, as far as comfort and disc space I think it was a great buy for the price.

Fade Tourney: Got mine last week on eBay @ about 40% off Retail $
Really like its features. Maybe quads in the future? :hfive:

I prefer physical vs online buying. But the DG retail in this area really sucks.

i am leaving this thread in protest because my simian isnt on the list. it is the greatest golf bag ever conceived.

boo on this poll.

Had a Fade tourney which I traded for a Gateway Ozark Backpack. The Gateway is a much better back in my opinion. Way more comfortable for me. Way more spacious (huge pockets...you can fit anything in this thing). Way more sturdy build quality. I love my Gateway bag...I will be hard pressed to pick anything different up when I finally have to get a new bag (which shouldn't be anytime soon).

I love my GB Kong. I am sure you can get at least the value for your money with the Fade or an Innova Discarrier, but if you are willing to spend a little, the Gorilla Boy is top notch. I use quad shocks and even fully loaded it feels pretty light. Of course, compared to my golf clubs, which I carry when I play, it is light...

I wouldn't be caught dead carrying anything other than my Prada.

I'm with Apoth on the Simian! I have'nt received mine yet, but I know a few guys who have em and that is by far the best disc bag ever conceived! I know this one isnt on the list, and its a tad bit smaller, but the Revolution Deluxe Mini bag is my personal favorite bag for casual rounds/winter! I have 15 discs in mine, and its not overstuffed (2 putters, 2 mids, 11 drivers). I have one driver stuffed in the side pocket, but I also have a plethora of towels and stuff also in there, so theres a ton of space for gear in the 2 side pockets. Plus, 2 drink holders, quad hookups, the mini rollcage, AND a rain flap? This is one killer bag! I carried an Innova Competition bag for a year, love it for the space, but I got tired of feeling like I was lugging around a duffel bag full of rocks. Cant wait for my Simian to get here!
