Review by nawanda37 in course Three Links Camp

3.00 star(s) Absolutely a blast, even in this early format Beautiful Technical/Layout Very friendly locals Infrastructure Maybe two UNfairways This course is an absolute blast and absolutely worth paying for! Clearly a labor of love, this course feels like it was designed by disc golfers to put a giant...

Anyone else thumb a putter for an approach?

I almost always lay up overhand with a floppy wizard. Growing up playing DeLa, it's the best way to approach those speedy, slopped, brutal greens.

I guess I can only speak for myself, but I wait to throw until the joggers/walkers/birders/bikers/etc are clear. Judging by the number of times per round that I have to wait, I have a hard time believing that there has been a reduction in foot traffic.

I'm still working, but I'll see if I can get something online in the next few days.

Also, I recommend that you don't cut it off ever. Instead, build it up more regularly and gradually. When an injury forced me to switch to 100% forehand, I remember having some of the pain you're talking about. It was especially bad during field work. I started carrying a disc around the house...

Do you live somewhere rocky that leaves a pretty rough edge on the bottom of the disc?

I have a burly one. I would never have considered cutting off my callus...I need that thing.
