Also, you should be able to message him on eBay; I've done it numerous times. Just find a disc you're interested in, click on the username, then click the "contact member" link. Easy peasy.

I have got a couple of discs from them but I used my super duper helpful buddy jmitch
I paypaled him with extra postage and he got and shipped the discs to me
bailey you just need to find someone who will be nice enough to do that for you
