Are they stiff and slick, stiff and grippy, or medium stiffness (between kc and jk) with a good grip??

I want to find some more beaded aviars for putting duties that are grippy, and between kc and jk in stiffness. The only one I have is a neon orange tourney stamped JK from a few years ago.

Not too grippy like JK Pro or Wizards, but stiff and chalky.
