If you have a pro shop around, chances are you can get some lessons there. Also, check out your local DG clubs. I'm sure you can find somebody to show you around and give you pointers, plus you can find out when the weekly tournaments are.

i use to live there but moved here to angelo but i come back to austin every now and then, let me know if you still need some help and i may be goin to austin for family visits and we can play a round, more fun not to play alone lol
