With all of ebay's buyer protection this kind of bait and switch should not be allowed.

I'm less inclined to buy from someone if they have inflated prices, although it probably not a deal breaker unless its something absurd - like this.

I believe there is a way to report the shipping cost. Maybe you can fight it and get one for $14 because they tried to cheat the system :thmbdown:

The rule just changed a couple weeks ago. Ebay now charges their fee on shipping costs too. So these auctions with high shipping prices are not getting away with anything.

eBay just changed their policy, from what I hear.
They charge a lower fee, but it now includes shipping.

In the past, you paid fees on the price, but shipping was excluded. This is actually quite fair.
Apparently, there have been some abuses...
