I will be in town for Origins Game Fair (board-gaming convention) and would like to know which of the local courses to play with limited time... is anyone an active poster here and also a guide?

I know that I won't be able to play everything, so I will just get to one or two.. that said, my ranking system will be based on:
1: Location (I will be willing to drive a bit, but closer to downtown is better.)
2: Quality of course / reviews

I'll second playing Hambrick, that's a really fun course with lots of variety.

Within the city Brent Hambrick for sure, and if you don't hate short courses Blendon Woods is real nice and you can get through it quickly. Lobdell, Great Seal, and Gordon Holton are all great courses on the outskirts of hte city.
