Denver, CO November

The best of the ones I've played would be the Optimist and Pessimist courses in Ft. Morgan, but those and Prickly Pines are like an hour from Denver.

The nice thing about the better courses being an hour plus drive from Denver is they typically aren't very crowded so if a person is willing to take the time and make the drive it's usually a relaxing round with no backups and you can play at your own pace. I agree that if trees are your thing you won't find too many of them along the front range.

Sounds like I won't be going back to Denver this year, too bad, the golf isn't great but FlyGreen is always worth a stop and the museum of nature and science is awesome. Especially since the alternative is Tucson which is a dump.
