ive got a bit of a newb question here, im sure its been issued before, but I cant find what im looking for. my step putts/falling putts seem to be getting better (from outside of 10 meters, I gather they are legal from this range). my question is am I allowed to step INTO the circle from outside of 10 meters? example: (right handed) the rear of my mini sits at 11 meters from the pin. I step/fall putt, release my disc, and my left foot (my back foot which crosses the line of my lie) lands forward of my mini and inside of the 10 meter putting circle. was this a legal putt? same question for a jump putt, I guess. I know that the putt must be released before the foot comes down in front of the lie, with the supporting point behind the mini. just wondering about rules on ending up inside of the circle. thanks
