Help identifying an Ohio disc golf course

I have played over 100 of the courses in Ohio but I am trying to remember the name and location of a particular one.
This course has a number of bells that were donated by different generations of the same family on display at a monument in the park.
Any help with the name of the course is greatly appreciated.
