Hippo Ridge and Perry-Dice courses

These are two courses that are listed on the PDGA website. Hippo Ridge in Stewart, Ohio and Perry-Dice in Glenford, Ohio. They are not listed on the DGCR webiste. They are both private courses. I have tried on a number of occasions to contact the owner of Perry-Dice by both phone and email and not received a response back. Do these courses still exist?

Hippo Ridge definitely exists. Played it last summer and again in the fall. Really nice 18 with 4/5 tees per hole. Owners name is Kendree Sampson. Really nice fellow. Probably easiest to contact him on Facebook or email.
Played with the owner of Perrydise a few times years ago but never made it out to the course. Not sure of the status of that one but will try to find out.
