HOA Proposal

I submitted my proposal for six baskets to the president yesterday. The proposal is for a practice area, not a course. It's my thinking that we can just add dirt tees later on (with markers) and it would be much easier to convince the board to get a practice area rather than a course. Chuck Kennedy has a really great proposal template on the PDGA website that I spent a couple hours modifying for my needs.

The non-resident membership is a cool idea that I may explore as well.

Update:

While I didn't get quite what I wanted, I did succeed in getting four baskets in across the HOA park in the city owned park.

I think the IDGC has such a practice area of several acres.
I suggest a site visit or at least a call to get your info.
