Have 4 in my bag.

Seasoned D-P2 175g: Soft. approach and straight short drive
Proto D-P2 x 2 both 175g: Stiff. mainly putter
ESP Zone 173g: To be confident in windy midwest climate

I have changed since the poll started. My main putters are:

SSS Wizard
Aviar P&A (either Star or Champion depending on weather, the star is not as good in wind)
XG Champ Rhyno

I got a Crystal FLX Zone that I have been trying out but I have not decided whether it will stay in the bag except on windy days.

I also sub or add from time to time depending on conditions or whim:

SSS Warlock
Neutron Anode
SS Omega
R-Pro Hydra (water holes)

I am not really sold on the Ion or Anode yet. I also got a really really flexible Soft Sole after Christmas but I tend to low putt with it. I thought it might be good in cold weather. I also recently got a RFF Wizard but I have only used it in my basement basket. I practice in the basement with several other putters.

I keep it simple : 2 - one well used magic for approach and one newer magic for putting.

I'd be so confused with 6 or 7 putters I'd never pick the right one

But I never drive (anything over about 150) with a putter. A power grip on a putter just feels weird to me. Besides I've gotten pretty good at powering down mids.

Looking the poll results, I'm not surprised that two is most popular, the three and four, and that there is a huge drop off for one or 5+ putters.

I guess I can see the need

Putting
Jump putting/outside-the-circle putts (a really beat putter or one with gobs of glide)
Approach (duplicate of main putter, just fresher? Rotate down?)
Drive (pick your stability)
OS drive (think Rhyno, Pig, Zone, etc.)
Backups of the above

Is there a need for any others?

No change since this post, it's hard to improve on perfection.
Both in regular X Link, thank you.
nice, it's hard to beat consistency.

here's how i do it:
one fresh wiz for main putting
one lighter wiz seasoned for longer putts
one backup main putter

9/10 wiz for straight to left
7/10 for dead straight
5/10 for hyzer flip to turnover or roller
fresh rhyno for spikes and wind
one backup fresh wiz, cause you just never know.

i could use less, but i feel very confident with the 8 or so i carry.

4. 2 Kc pro aviars, one for putting one for upshots
1 P&A aviar for jump putting
1 champ rhyno

1 Zero Mercy.

In my bag of four discs.

Impressive, I know.

If I had what I wanted I'd have four. 2 Soft Zeros for putting/backup, one firm/opto (if they ever come out with Opto Mercys) and maybe a Sonic
