Lingo and such

My name is Brida....and I am a Disc Golf addict.

I just started playing in the last three months and I have been reading the threads and using this website as a great resource. As I read though I realize I am not down with all the lingo and I need help. Sooooo.... if you guys and gals could help me with what everything means (i.e., hazer, anhazer,...) I would really appriciate it.

I'd spend some time on the Internet reading disc golf websites, here's one just to start - it's by no means a comprehensive list, but it's a start.

Also - play, play, and then play some more. Play with different people, and if there is a disc golf club or league in your area, these would be good people to play with.

Check out Innova's website, www.innovadiscs.com . It has a faq section that is very helpful. And within that section they have a glossary of terms that helped clarify a lot of things for me.
