[Innova] Star King Cobra - rare?

Hey guys, I recently got 2 F2 Star King Cobras and I was wondering if a Star King Cobra is rare at all. I ask because all of the online retailers I know of only have them in CE.

Were they released in Star a while back or only for a short amount of time?

Pretty sure the Stars were released as fundraiser discs this year. Probably not worth any more than $20-25. In other words, probably not super rare.
