Suggestions for State of Disc Golf 2019 Survey?

We're prepping for this year's State of Disc Golf Survey. Each year, I like to ask you guys if you have any good questions or data you'd like to see from the survey.

Any suggestions for things you'd like to see included in the survey?

EDIT: I should clarify if you don't know what the State of Disc Golf Survey is. Each year we put out a survey that thousands of Disc Golfers take. We then compile that data and release it in blog posts with graphs and charts and the like. We often compare stats year to year, or cross examine stats such as... Age vs Throwing Distance, or Brand Loyalty vs How many discs purchased, etc.

This is the biggest survey in disc golf and provides us with some fun data from a wide variety of disc golfers from around the world. So, any questions that you can think of that you'd like to see would be appreciated as we curate this year's survey questions.

Some questions include: Would you like to see the PDGA rejoin the WFDF and push for international growth? Would you like to see the PDGA create a fund that would increase in international representation at worlds? and would you like the PDGA to increase funding for international development?

How much would one be willing to pay to play a round at a world class manicured disc golf course. Something equivalent to either a 4 or 5 star ball golf course.

3. How many different people did you play noncompetitive rounds with in the past year?
4. What kinds of disc golf resources (like infrastructure or organization) do you think are most needed in the area that you live/play?
5. What disc golf products would you like to see more availability of this coming season?
6. If you were to look at a list of the top 20 mpo players and top 10 fpo players in the world, would you recognize all of the names? Have you seen them play, in person or on video?
7. Are you active in any disc golf related social media? (List some options)

What about questions that have to do with name recognition/familiarity/likeability? How many people knew about Gregg Barsby before he won the 2018 Worlds compared to after he won?

Might be tough to get data, but I would love to see a scatter plot of internet max distance vs. real life max distance.

Do you enjoy watching video tournament coverage of pros playing disc golf on ball golf courses?

Do you prefer post production DG coverage or Live stream?

It would be interesting to have some question to root out the percentage of player who are interested in DG as a sport. How many play tournaments? How many follow pro players?

It seems like a lot of the people I play with don't care at all about DG in the larger sense. They play for their own enjoyment and fun. They still buy plenty of discs, bags, etc. but they don't follow it as a fan and don't play tournaments.
