Hello, I am the guy in the red shirt from the "You can't triple stamp a double stamp" video.

I like reading people's reactions (and speculations) to sponsorship moves or as some people call it, "Jumpship January". So I found this thread and read through as a video rendered.

Thank you to everyone that enjoys our videos, they are a blast to produce. And to those that don't like them, I like you the most.

I know from my perspective I am very excited to have Zoe and Dustin with Dynamic Discs. In past disc golf trips when I encountered them I always thought they carried themselves very well and did a great job with their clinics. I can't wait to work with them.

I am anxious to see the next announcement of people make their sponsorship moves.

Hopefully, you read the part about the naming ad. I'm a fan of your vids, and I think watching you guys do this would be hilarious. I know it wasn't your idea, but it was pretty funny.

"Foot fault" rates high, but my favorite was Paige B. where the guys aren't checking her out, but her throws. It's such a great message about what is important.

Honestly not sure why anyone is sponsoring Drew Gibson...his social media outbursts this year were cringey at best, misguided and ignorant at worst. IF disc golf was a real sport, his online presence would have been a huge negative.

More importantly, he didn't really post any great results or compete at any majors this year. Or ever.

California kid can throw far, I guess? Innova can keep him close to his notorious/controversial friend, I guess?

I don't really give two ****s about sponsorships or the characters of the Pros, I throw mostly Innova, I'm just saying...Drew Gibson: ew.

I don't follow DG all that much so not sure about the outburst and cringy social media stuff. However, I cringe when he chooses mids over drivers sometimes. For some reason he can't take a little off on his drives and has to cruuush everything. He can get mids to go far but takes away accuracy and sprays everywhere or turns shots.. Then complains.

I don't like gossip but want to know what friend you are talking about.

Thanks! I would be stoked if they did it. The idea came to me when I was playing with some friends and imagined there being a white board at DD with all these crossed out names. I started saying terrible/lame names like DD Bail Bond, Jurror, Jury Duty, Affadavit, Parole, Probation, Subpeona and got more ridiculous with stuff like Shank, Bench, Soap etc..

I refuse to mention the name. A player who re-emerged this year with a controversial past.

Most people deserve a second chance after making mistakes in life, I just want no part in promoting or condemning this person. I guess that should apply to Drew Gibson as well, but I'm simply saying I don't see the value in sponsoring him for reasons I previously mentioned.

However, I live on the opposite coast of the Cali/Innova nexus, so perhaps the regional value is so strong the seemingly problematic optics on a national level are negated.

I would argue the new pearly 1.4 QOLFs are Firebird overstable. They also now have the EXP-X which is an updated Banshee. I would say the mids are the most lacking although some love the Aurora and swear by it. I find it slow and clunky compared to most Innova/DM mids. The most underrated disc of all the Innova blanket companies is the Sirius Scorpius. Scorp lovers would probably tell me to keep quiet but I have a pretty good stock of FR's so I'm okay with spilling. They sponsor a young player named Mason from South Texas that has lots of potential.

Millennium is a bit thin in mids, but what they do have (sentinel and aurora ms) are very solid and really one wouldn't need anything else. As for the overstable control slot, PD is to teebird and OLF is to eagle. A bit more turn than some would like but the new qolf's I've thrown have been very similar to a Sexton firebird that's a bit beat in.
