Marshal Street chart says speed 7, sound right?
Speed 7 in power requirement, speed 9 or higher in distance potential. That disc has some crazy effortless glide.

Even though many people say that only certain discs are "good FH discs," any disc can be thrown forehand. The effect will only be mirrored from BH.
The problem is that it's not as easy to make keep the discs on the same plane / axis as when you throw backhand. So most players use overstable discs when they FH to compensate for torquing it over.
Sounds like you should spend more time with your QJ.
Could someone possibly post a profile pic of a River, and possibly underside shot as well? And/or answer a question? I notice that none of you are "advertised" forehanders. Is the River a disc useful to a forehander? What's the speed? I can usually tell some of this by seeing a disc, but answers/comments will help as well! Looking for a good gliding straight flyer, speed 10 or less. Thanks!
BTW those are some sweet looking Rivers posted!
My FH sucks and I just roll the River. But I have seen Lopan12 flick them excellently. If you have a smooth FH, and decent form they are very nice straight flyers.
Under speed 10 you may want to try a Saint also. Faster and slightly more stable than a River but still pretty glidey. I FH Strikers since they ate a little more over stable and hide some of my ugly wrist roll OAT, and overall bad form.
Community Discs has some good ones in a variety of weights and colors.
Looks like they only have 3 online right now. I REALLY want a colorshift one! Just missed on one in the marketplace. Anyone have one for sale? Not afraid to open up my wallet for the right disc...
They don't make Rivers in colorshift anymore.
