Doing a good bit of clearing honeysuckle and underbrush this winter to get oles B, C & D in this spring. Pretty obvious now where the fairways are, and anybody with a chainsaw is welcome to clip honeysuckle to the nub, and buck up the debris piles so they're easier to hauls off the sides of the fairways. <img src="https://www.dgcoursereview.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif" class="inlineimg" border="0"> I'm not a toll adept, so have been doing it by hand: loppers and sweat equity!

All holes are open and playable, though there are still stumps to watch out for on B, C & D. Hole C ("Main Street") now uses the lower, shorter tee downhill to the left side of the fairway for FunBurg (though you're always welcome to try the cool shot above and down between the pines).
Next steps are permanent sleeves, maybe more concrete tees, and then signage updates. We'll keep tinkering!

Due to lack of interest and vandalism (including poles removed by folks playing the main course), FunBurg tone poles and signs have been removed. Effective 10/13/21, the course will be shifted to 'temporary' status, and resurrected for an occasional fundraiser birdie bash event.
