[Discraft] Discraft Titanium Part 2

all I was told was in 2012, but there are ones currently out there circulating.

I heard a rumor saying that all the discs that were being made in Titanium were all going to be super domey to increase the glide.

I doubt this will be universal...They are going to run many molds, and Discraft has many discs that are flat by design (Buzzz, Flick, NukeOS)...I don't think the Buzzz lovers would be loving a Ti Buzzz with a big 'ole dome. There are also Discraft team members that prefer flat discs.

I must say, your level of knowledge and access to information, makes me glad to share cyberspace with you.

Always on the ball. Kudos!

A metallic Z Pred sounds like a checking account drainer for me.

I hope it takes dye.

In the Nate Doss interview that Chainchaser did Wednesday he said it was Z plastic with some nice stuff mixed in. What lion said makes total sense!

BTW- if you are a form person click my link and help me... ;)

It will be interesting to see how the plastic might effect the stability on current molds. Lat64 has a slight varience between Opto plastic and Goldline. The break in period is shorter on the Gold Line, and it tends to be less stable from the get go.

And.....sorry if I contributed anything to get the previous thread shut down.

I heard they were making a basket out of titanium. That would be sick!

Form over function, eh? Yippee. :|

AND it begins..

But ON topic, I'm also interested to see if they keep the original stamp design on the ESP/Z discs or if they're going for something more "distinguished."

I doubt they'll be using the standard stamp on these. I'm sure they're gonna go for a clean look like Lat 64.
