I'm glad to see someone with a disc getting attention on YouTube. He could have picked some much better trick videos though, like anything from DiskHeadCage or MrDiscGolfer. It's unfortunate almost that his video hasnt been up long, has almost 20,000 views, and 30 pages of comments. Lcgm8's videos are up forever, get 25% of the views, few comments, and are incredible. I say we need to petition Brody Smith to do a bunch of entries with Touring Pros, and Highlights from youtubers like Diskheadcage, or Seppos Ace this year off the Pier.

Slimy D-Bag though he may seem to be, A little more exposure wouldn't hurt (IMO, let's not get into this debate), and I would just hope better quality video could've accompanied his YouTube channel.

Me too gcr. Personally, i dislike set up ace vids that make the sport look easy. Even when feldy was on conan, as top notch as that exposure (network tv) was, i hated that conon made it look easy.

This is that guys YouTube. He just seemed to post someone else's highlights just to have something to post and to gauge peoples interest in seeing Disc Golf Trick Shots Im guessing. He exploded in popularity sometime last year with his trick shot videos and now has a big youtube following.

That is not Brodie in these clips, Brodie only does ultimate-disc trickshots ( or at least videos of it ).

While I am glad that he ( and Frisbee in general ) gets all this attention, I dont think he is very impressive at trick shots. They are just too easy with these ultimate discs. He is quite fit ( physicaly ) in ultimate though, quite a good player.

But I think he would be useles as a discgolfer

edit : also, the people in this disc golf vid were terrible. Lucky aces with way too stable discs. Ugly throws. Brodies ultimate-trickshot vids are way better.

Hammers and flicks are way easy with ultimate discs, it's not that tough to hammer into a garbage can. Give me 15 discs like he has and I bet I can do it too.

He's the biggest, cheapest, dirtiest ultimate player there is. During the Nat. Collegiate Champ Finals he was calling the most ridiculous fouls and infractions that the observers, or as you guys would call them, referees, who barely say 2 words the entire 2 hours of the game, had to start penalizing his team on multiple occasions. He has no spirit of the game, which is what ultimate is about, and ruins everyone's discs by spiking them after he makes a little above average catch.
