What the most you've ever paid for a disc?

My son wanted to buy a new disc last night, so we were on Clearwater's site and he saw a disc for $30. He thought that was a lot of money. I didn't even show him the pricier collectors disks LOL. It just got me wondering what's the most expensive disc out there to own and how much some collectors have paid for a disc.

I did do a search, but couldn't find anything on this.

I can't remember the most I have ever spent, but the most recent expensive purchase was last week when I paid $140 for a yellow 2002 USDGC CE Roc. Went right in my bag!

$75 because I lost this disc in auction twice, so when the opportunity came I overpaid to make sure it would be mine.

What was it? I think I paid $18 for a couple of my old CE discs when they were new. I wish I still had them as they've been lost over the years. I wish I knew they were so rare and valuable at the time... Oh yeah, I think I paid @20 to replace my Glo Archangel.

dayglo 2nd run mint ce leopard.

$50, if I recall correctly. I was prepared to spend $100 on an auction here, but it went over that. Had to draw the line somewhere :\

$65 for a 174g CE TeeBird (not L) 8/10.
$55 for a 2nd-run day-glo Leopard.
I tend to get skittish if the price goes over $50, unless I know I'm getting a good deal.

oh yeah, My $75 was either on the UV color change dolphin or the glow dolphin. I also did a trade/cash for a black max weight Pirahna that I was told was a first run which was about $70 worth of trade.

I paid $90 for a set of Ed Hendrick ashes discs a few years ago.

About $23 for a Champ + Roc, where is that disc now? At the bottom of a pond :wall::wall:

i paid $40 each for a few kenny rocs. i think i may have paid $80 for one at some point. so $80 is the most ive spent. the highest price ive sold one at was $100 for a battle roc

I paid somewhere around $20-$25 for my CFR Augsta Wraith. It's whatever they were charging for them when they came out. They were brand new and widely available at the time so it wasn't considered anything special yet. Other than that all my discs have just been normal retail price if not cheaper.
