Under Armour Backpack

I paid the $60 from ebags. I'm not sure if it will pop up again at that price. I expect it will at some point. I don't think I'd pay $90 for this bag as a DIY project.

It's not, but the Cabela's bag is built for outdoor use. I'm not hard on my equipment, so material isn't a huge concern for me unless someone expects me to pay a premium price for it. Aside from the bottom needing to be dipped, I think it should hold up well.

One thing I want to emphasize is that I think this bag is feature-heavy closer to a disc golf bag than Cabelas. The side pockets are wide and spacious (jackets could fit in them too). There are a ton of pockets, a specific pencil pocket, mini pocket, etc. Cabela's works great, don't get me wrong. I think this is just close to a Grip in how it's set up. The Cabela's is a Flak-type bag.

Well, I'm a bit of a nut for these. I just Google image search a lot and dig deeper into bags I think might work. New backpacks get released all year long, so things pop up a lot. Sports bags, fishing bags, hiking bags, etc. tend to work better for what we do.
ha, a bit of a nut? just a bit huh? ;)

Not many. I have a 2 year old so my travel to Rochester and DisCap is limited. I play in the RFDO if I can, and Shorewinds if possible, but never done Surprise of the Fools.

Forgot to upload this one. Discs sit right in the middle of the back. Taking her out for a round tomorrow.

what did you do with the bottom compartment?

what did you do with the bottom compartment?

For the moment I just have the divider unzipped and the discs go all the way to the bottom. When I get the ambition to build a frame underneath, I'll see what I can come up with.

That looks like it so easy to get a disc in and out that why i like that so much its crazy cool.

They definitely are. Even the furthest side discs come out without a hitch. I'll be seeing how well it holds up tomorrow on a muddy course.

what's the bag made out of? is it high quality material? concerned about the bottom wearing down, but this thing looks awesome and i really wana try it out

That's going to depend on your definition of high quality. I wouldn't call it that. The bottom left as is probably would wear out. It's not the same durability in material as Cabelas. But it's a lot lighter. I will either be plastidipping the bottom or building rails for it. Or both.

gottcha. so you have lot's of experience with the plasti dip. it always works well ?? can't wait to hear how the bag works out during a round. how does it feel? comfortable?

OK, you can all blame nkhoury for this. He got it stuck in my head so I couldn't resist putting them on. I swear they're not crooked.
