Recently tried a Vulcan recenly, and loved the flat top. Extreme flatness.
Like it was baked into the mold.

Any other drivers that come out flat always/most of the time?

OS, S, or US.

I don't care 'bout companies, but I want to here about more discs where flat isn't odd or lucky, just normal.

Thanks all.

Most domey disc I have ever seen was a Vulcan, so you just got a flat one. Not to say that most aren't flat, but there are definitely some domey ones out there.

Most MVP/Axiom discs are flat.

dumbest thread ever....what does designed to be flat even mean?

You ever search for a flat as **** firebird? Because the ones that are, are highly sought after. try buying one easily...

It's not a dumb question.

The Westside Longbowman is nice and flat. TP plastic for a little wing rise before the flat, VIP plastic for just flat...

This is basically the whole point of my questions. Like the leopard 3 is pretty flat, but I'm curious about more 9 speed plus drivers. MVP is a good suggestion. Stuff designed flat for the overmolds.

Mostly everything in the Dynamic Disc line up. Except maybe the Witness.

I've noticed that most of the GStar discs are closer to flat while lots of Pro or Star variations can be pop topped. Take a look at the 3 molds, TB3, Leo3, Firebird3.

Probably the most consistently flat discs I have are Opto Spark and Felons.

The thing with really flat discs however is that they tend to be the most OS molds. Sure, I have a Freedom and a Sorcerer that have a flat top, but to make them more US their wing has been designed as quite low so they have a distinct shoulder.

EDIT: What comes to the flattest driver lineup in the market, MVP and Axiom are way "ahead" of anyone else.

Flatness has really nothing to do with designed mold stability. Nor does it make a disc more OS vs US in general.
All molds can be flat or domey and impacts flight differently given the mold. Some with dome will actually become more OS while others that get dome will fly more US. Same with flat or concave.

MVP in general makes pretty flat discs. People actually complain about this and think it robs them of "glide"... MVP has started to mold some discs with a slight dome but even those are not what id consider poptops just slight raise.

You also can pretty much flatten any disc you want with a little work and time. Same with adding dome. No rhyme or reason really to flat molds.
