2018 USDGC

McBeth, killin it! I guess he decided when he's up that much there'sno reason not to go for the eagle?

Just a thought. It would be SUPER COOL if Udisc was able to get a copy of the caddy book in advance of major tourneys like USDGC and have a link on the scoring page for each hole where you can see the overhead view of the hole, like a tee sign graphic (assuming the caddy book has that). Even better would be drone fly through video, but that's asking a bit much since those likely happen just a couple days before the event.

I've had the caddybook pulled up in a second window yesterday and today. Here is a link... https://xfer.innovadiscs.com/2018-usdgc-caddy.pdf

Everyone is taking big numbers on some of the holes, except Paul (so far at least). I hope BigSexy can figure out 17 today, going strong today again so far.

And Paul takes first bogey while Conrad takes birdie, only 6 strokes difference anymore. :D

After two rounds there's a mess of people 20 to 87 over par. Out of curiosity, does this have a noticeable impact on the round rating of someone shooting 10 or more strokes under par?

That depends on the players' ratings that contribute to the pool.

If 1000-rated players are 10 over par, that boosts the good ratings more than if 900-rated players are 10 over par.

Anyone 10 under par would still receive a much better rating, regardless of what they're rated.

Not likely since the 1000-rated player 10 over par probably not a propagator that round (rating more than 60 points too low) whereas a 900 player is likely still a prop at 10 over.

16 ft per Udisc. Click the drop down by their name - putt distance (throw in distance) for each hole is the 2nd to last metric.
I just looked on course stats and see that par on that hole may not have been set properlly seems to be the easiest birdie on the course.

Ah. I thought you were always a propagator regardless, even if your own rating doesn't count because it's too low. My bad.

Ugh, Paul running away with it. Going to be a boring finish. Oh well, at least there's some good college football this weekend.
