Looked up his rating detail and he had a lot of 1030 rated rounds last year. If he is more focused and in better shape, I don't see any reason why he can't cash at MPO events and maybe make a card here or there.

Over/under 4 years before DGPT has a true "silver" series of 40+ year old players. These guys are still really popular - I'd watch every minute of a final with Avery, Stokely, Feldberg and JohnE.
Philo would be great too. If we're willing to wait 4-5 years then I'm pretty sure McBeth, Big Jerm and Uli would qualify also
The Eagle's Crossing skins match is interesting, it's very cool that he was invited to participate. I know some people eyeroll at him and Brodie getting invited, saying it's a waste and neither stand a chance of making any money. To me I see it as entertainment, the round is gonna be filmed, and those rounds are definitely more entertaining when there's some friendly trash talk. I could see them both delivering on that end. We've said before that dg might be better off if it had a bit of a WWF element, maybe a bit of trash talk between players. I could see him playing a pretty good heel, similar to Nikko.
McBeth is 31.
I caught a bit of the livestream yesterday and the weather looked poor. It will be interesting to see how he goes this year. He filmed a round with Simon Lizotte sometime last year at Maple Hill and appeared to play really well.
He was the second best player in the World for a period of time and held both forehand and backhand distance world records- not bad for "so-so."
You are correct....but that was then. My comment was about his ability now. Does he have the same ability he did back then? Or will he be a so-so pro now?
Just not sure how he is going to get into the events to play
As long as Climo isn't around to call a foot fault, I think Stokely will be alright.
