Good karma to follow.

My company Beautiful Blooms Landscape & Design partnered with Lifetime Disc Sports in Milwaukee to provide a couple additional pries for the women that played in the GMO this weekend as an attempt to help try and promote the sport to women. I gave away a 1 gallon perennial to all the women who played and Lifetime Disc Sports gave out a T-shirt specifically to all the women. We only had 12 women out of about 200 people there, but it is our goal to keep getting more women to play in PDGA events. On another note, we had like 11 women the first night of our wednesday weeklies at Valley View league and have been averaging about 5-6 women (out of an average of about 60 people) per night for the 10 week league. Hoping the summer 10 week league brings in more women than that.

Sounds like we are working for the same cause! I'll vote.

12 is a pretty good number actually.

Thanks for the votes...I will try to remember daily, no telling what kind of vote-mongers we will be up against...the bright side is a lot of the low dollar ones are local and would only have local voters while the DG community is world-wide...just need to tap into it.

Voted and it jumped 12 spots come on people, get on this and he can make the top ten in no time.

Damn it... I was going to apply for a Pepsi Grant to build a new course... but, my work is a non-profit aimed at children's health and they didn't want to take money from Pepsi.

Good luck... I'll vote for you.

Just want to note that I am not being greedy and limiting this to local, if I get the money I will actually purchase all the equipment and help others line up pros to run clinics across the country so if you want a good women's clinic in your area and don't want to beg for the money to do it, this is the way to go!

12 is a great number, the tourney I went to had 4, and if she didn't have to work another lady would have joined (two day tourney, she could only get saturday off)

Sitting at 30th, 20 more spots to move into the top 10 and then we have to maintain it.
