Grip EQ large bag

I'm sure this question has been asked already..but I can't seem to find the straight answer. Can you easily fit 2 putters in the top quiver or not?

You can fit two in the top quiver. The problem thats happening is that tackiness of the putters causes the putter pocket to come out, kind of like when you pull something large out of a pants pocket and the pocket comes out with it. I putt with soft wizards and dont have this problem. They slide in and out just fine.

I can put three-four discs in there when the quiver is deep. When the quiver is shorter I only put one in there for easy access, using gateway SS plastic its too tacky to easily pull out with more than one.

Lets just say you had 2 side by side, I understand that they aren't as easy to pull out. But are they in there so good that it would warp them? I also use similar SS tacky putters.

when the quiver is un buttoned you can easily pull 2 putters out. when the quiver is buttoned, its a little harder . im talking about sticky putters though. slick putters like kc aviars,dx or stiff discraft are easier to pull out when the quiver is up. putting in drivers, you should be able to squeeze more in there than 2 when the quiver is down

I see. Yeah the same thing happens on the back of my GB bags. The pocket for the rain flap (not really meant for a putter) but if I put a tacky putter in there..the pocket will come out with it.

Thanks for the info guys. Do you also know if the next preorder batch is going to be the same bag or could be slightly modified?

If I had to guess, knowing Justin, he'll try to make some small improvements from this run before the next.

My experience is different. I can NOT fit 2 putters in the quiver pocket. I cannot put two in there even if the quiver stop is not set. I tried this even with 2 esp focus. I can now fit one in and for sure it comes out without a hitch (regardless of plastic), but there is not a chance that I can get 2 putters in this pocket. I cannot get two of any disc for that matter. I think the "pouch" section of my quiver pocket was sewn too narrowly and the diameter of multiple discs will not allow me to get more than one in there. Kinda bummed about this. I will get a hold of Justin and ask what I am to expect from this. I don't think it warrants a new bag, but I think this narrow pocket will tear in the future (with heavy use) and may need to be replaced.

sucks...........this is one problem with factory sewing. Especially when the people making the bags..dunno what they are for really heh.

Well I gotta say I'm impressed, after my review of my bag J@ contacts me about my missing button. I sent him some pics and he's taking care of me. Talk about great customer service Justin is a class act!!!

Cool that this dud will step up. I don't know the guy, but I feel like he is handling things real well, post-distribution. I actually just called him (don't have home email access at work) and left a message about the quiver pocket. We will see what comes of the situation. I don't want or expect anything new or replaced, just want to make him aware in case there are future problems. Don't want it deemed misuse since it has been noticed without use.

^^dude not dud* that made me look like a sarcastic arse, which I was not trying to be.

My bag is awesome! Im pretty stoked that I feel like Ill never need another Disc Golf bag. Even in the event that something ever happened to my current bag I will absolutely stick with Grip Equipment. There are a lot of awesome DG companies out there, but this takes the cake. Sincerely,
A loyal customer for life.

It will be hard to top these, even though I might* have a minor issue with mine. I do not have any intentions of changing to another bag. Too many great features and well thought designs.

The Mystery Ranch Golf Majal is starting to sound like a really good value all the sudden.
