I really don't think it's all that and a bag of chips. It's a just a park course except with the distance and challenge magnified. Long walks b/w many tees, a lot of ballfields/parking lots/roads/sidewalks in play (stuff that really dings courses), huge advantage for big arms, sunbathers/joggers/geese crap everywhere. It's a cool course to play once or twice but I'm not compelled to play there like Sugaree or Bracketts or Hornets Nest.
