Some kid was killed at the park my local course is in. It was about 15 years ago, but still... Squirrels start to make much louder and more scary noises when you know something like that has happened.

Hotel or motel? Theres plenty of motels around. Just dont get anything near Division St or Park Row. Fairly nice Budgets and Holiday Inn's around 20 and 30. However if you actually meant motel the coolest one in Arlington is the Wyndham off 30 by the Ballpark. It'll put you less than 10 mins away.

I can't offer any medical advice as to what might be wrong, but I can say I've experienced similar feelings in my throwing arm. Never when I'm playing, but whenever I rotate my shoulder just the wrong way I get a very strong sore feeling in the top of my bicep just about where the deltoid joins...
